The construction company controls the coastline,
While their top concern is their bottom line.
The Dutch preserve their coastal aggregate mine,
While destroying Norfolk and Suffolk shoreline.
They are annihilating the fish’s spawning lifeline.
While the dredging is causing marshes to decline
And eroding beaches' skyline.
Another sad story as ethics decline,
Devastating the Netherlands coast sea-line.
All for the mighty dollar sign.
