LET'S NOT HURRY THE MORNING LIGHT -Poetry by guest author Petrouchka Alexieva

Tonight, the stars

Are coming down from the sky

Slowly, slowly…

They are not lending on the ground;

They just hang above us

Lighting the path of love.

Give me your hand;

We can fly among them

Against all laws of gravity.

Fly, fly, fly with me

Towards the shimmering sky.

Fly, fly high. Waltz with me

Among swirling galaxies.

Fly with me above the silver clouds,

Above the cities,

Above the sleeping meadows.

Fly with me until

The opal mist lifts up;

Until the silky breeze starts

Weaving fables in your hair.

We have plenty of time

To share our love.

The night just began.

Let’s not hurry the morning light.
